Before You Join the Waitlist
To be considered for a 2027 program opening, your program must currently have access to:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- CANS Assessor
- Administrative Team
- Scribe
- At least 12 qualified participants
If your program does not currently meet these requirements, please do not continue to the Program Interest Form at this time.
